Notaries' emoluments are set by decree (article 11 of decree of 8 march 1978).


- 5,98% T.T.C.between 0€ and 45.735 €

- After : 2,99% T.T.C.


For exemple, a property cost 150.000 €, emoluments are : 5.852 € TTC

so  3,9% of the price.
