The personal information obtained on-line is intended solely for CSN for non-commercial purposes and is kept for 12 months.

We reserve the right to disclose personal information if required by law or if an operation is needed to process complaints.

 

The information mainly enables us to process any requests you may have and is used to establish user profiles, customise our website and adapt it to your specific interests.

 

Given that you always choose whether to fill in on-line forms, you are free to decide not to fill them in. You will not be provided with certain services, however, should you decide not to fill them in.
